COPIERSCOPIERS GIVES YOU 100% COVERAGE ON THE ENTIRE COPIER MACHINE FOR A FULL 120 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR EQUIPMENT. THIS TIME IS GIVEN TO ENSURE THAT THE END USER HAS AMPLE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THEIR MACHINE INSTALLED BY A TRAINED TECHNICIAN. DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS IT IS VERY COMMON FOR VIBRATIONS TO OCCUR WHICH MAY CAUSE SLIGHT ADJUSTMENTS THAT ARE NEEDED ONCE YOUR COPIER ARRIVES. FOR THIS REASON, COPIERSCOPIERS TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MACHINE, INCLUDING ALL PARTS AND LABOR, FOR THE FIRST 120 DAYS TO ELIMINATE ANY RISK ON BEHALF OF OUR BUYERS. ANY NON-WEAR NON-CONSUMABLE ITEM IS COVERED FOR 2 YEARS. THIS INCLUDES ALL MAJOR NON-WEAR NON-CONSUMABLE ITEMS SUCH AS CIRCUIT BOARDS, MOTORS, SCANNING UNITS, ETC.

*IN ORDER FOR ANY WARRANTY PERIOD TO BECOME EFFECTIVE, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST OCCUR
:•The copier must be plugged in to a surge filter and/or power protection device that is properly sized to support the copiers power and filter requirements as stated by the service manual.
•The warranty does not include damages that may have resulted from end users moving the copier. We recommend that your copier be moved by a certified copier technician.
•The warranty does not cover service issues that are the result of customer abuse or misuse.
•Parts that are replaced will be sent out standard courier. The customer may pay the price difference to have the parts sent out next day or second day air.
•Warranty valid up to 120 days or 5000 copies/sq ft. whichever occurs first.
